
Eddie spent 12 years as a PE teacher. After having her three children, she progressed her qualifications as a triathlon coach, gym instructor, personal trainer and run leader. She was an Ironman triathlete for five years while working full time, breaking course records and representing her GB age group at both Olympic and Ironman distance triathlon. After having her first child she began to discover ultra running instead.

Gary is a long-time runner and competitive age group ultra runner. He’s also a prolific marathon runner with well over 100 finishes under his belt. He recently joined the Bob Graham Club after completing the challenge within the 24-hour limit.

Trish is a UKA run coach who is passionate about ultrarunning and seeing people achieve things they never thought possible. She has raced most of the UK’s toughest races from a podium place on the winter Spine with a fractured kneecap to running the National 3 Peaks semi supported on a sprained ankle.
Prior to run coaching Trish was in the army for 10 years and has given a number of motivational talks internationally on leadership and mindset.

I am a fully qualified running coach with UK Athletics, with 10+ years of experience in coaching. I am the coach at Track Tuesday Treborth, a weekly running squad of 50+ athletes, where I refine my coaching skills. I also coach kids at my local track club. My passion for running runs deep, and I only take on a limited number of athletes so I can offer a superior service.
